| Q: |
Do I need any lab forms? |
| A: |
Yes, if it's a volume job like sports or a preschool, we need a job request form along with a team or group log sheet. If it's a portrait, wedding or commercial job, we need a portrait order form. These are available for download on the Forms section of our web site. |

| Q: |
How do I assign job numbers to my jobs? |
| A: |
Job numbers are important to our lab to help us communicate with our customers. We need you to create the job number before you send the jobs in. Our format for a job number is Studio initials/2-digit year/Jobname/4-digit Job# created by you. For example: FP11HNHSJob#0001. |

| Q: |
How do I prep digital files? |
| A: |
Digital files must be saved as uncompressed Tiff or Jpeg files. Please, do not color check or crop files. We will color check and crop all files as if they were files going out from our studio. The exception to this would be if the files are to be printed "as is" you need to crop and color check the files yourself. Files also need to be in the SRGB color space, any other color space will cause inconsistancies in printing. If renaming files, they must have three zeros in front of file number. example: 0001.jpg |
